Grant brings a sophisticated legal and financial perspective to Southern California property management. A California native with a B.S. in Economics from BYU and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Grant has served as a Trustee and manager for his family’s multi-family real estate trust since 2011.

Having spent over a decade protecting his own family’s legacy, Grant founded Haws Property Management to give West Hollywood and LA owners what they need most: an owner’s mindset combined with legal precision. As a Certified Residential Property Manager (CCRM) and active attorney, he specializes in shielding owners from the strict regulatory complexities of the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) and “Just Cause” eviction compliance—turning local legal minefields into insulated, high-performing investments.
