For 15+ years, I managed my family's real estate trust consisting of seven apartment buildings in Southern California. It wasn't just a job, it was the stewardship of our legacy. Because of this, we founded Haws Property Management to flip the script. Ultimately, owners in this town needed a firm that combines an owner’s mindset with A-list legal precision. As an attorney and West Hollywood resident, I understand the growing regulatory maze in West Hollywood, Hollywood, and the Hills. Grant brings a legal and financial perspective to Southern California property management. A California native with a B.S. in Economics from BYU and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Grant has served as a Trustee and manager for hundreds of apartment units.
Having spent over 15 years protecting his own family’s legacy, Grant founded Haws Property Management to give WeHo, West Hollywood, and the Hills what they need most: legal precision, experience, and competence. As a California Certified Residential Manager, active California attorney (Lic. #183992), and real estate broker (Lic. #02439684), he specializes in shielding apartment owners from the regulatory complexities and maximizing their bottom line.

Stephen Dow, M.B.A. is a titan in the Southern California property management industry, bringing over 20 years of “boots-on-the-ground” experience to Haws Property Management. Additionally, he is a distinguished instructor at UCLA Extension who teaches the night course on property management. As a result, he has the perfect balance academic knowledge and decades of managing apartment buildings throughout the greater Hollywood area.
